Richie Call returns for his 17th season to play Smee in Peter and the Starcatcher and to direct the staged reading of Buried Child!
Richie is a co-artistic director of the Lyric Rep where some of his favorite acting credits include: The Dresser (Norman), A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Pseudolus), Arsenic and Old Lace (Teddy), Baskerville (Actor 2), Stones in His Pockets (Charlie), Lend Me a Tenor (Max), Noises Off (Gary), Forever Plaid (Sparky), The Fantasticks (El Gallo), The Mousetrap (Trotter), and Woman in Black (Actor). Directing credits for the Lyric Rep include: And Then There Were None, The Odd Couple, Greater Tuna, and several apprentice showcases.
Other theatre credits include work for Pioneer Theatre Company, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Salt Lake Acting Company, Salt Lake Shakespeare, Unicorn Theatre, Mile Square Theatre, American Globe, and Gorilla Rep.
Richie is an assistant professor in the BFA Acting Program at Utah State University. He lives in Logan with his wife and 4 children.
